The 344-seat hall of the Ioan I. Dalles Metropolitan Centre for Education and Culture, a Bucharest City Hall institution housed in the 1932 Dalles Foundation building next to University Square; it hosts independent theatre companies (Avangardia, ROD) and classical and chamber concerts.
