Stagiunea
About Stagiunea
A clean place for Bucharest's cultural programme. No pop-ups, no paid listings, no "10 events you absolutely must attend".
What it is
Stagiunea gathers the programmes of Bucharest's theatres, opera houses, philharmonics, dance companies and festivals in one place. Public institutions and the independent scene, equally visible. Every show has its own page, with all announced performances, times, prices and a direct link to official tickets.
We don't sell tickets and we take no commission. We send people straight to the venue's box office.
Where the data comes from
The programme is pulled daily from official sources: the venues' own websites and ticketing pages. We don't invent events and we publish nothing without a verifiable source — every show page links back to the original.
When a venue moves a date or cancels a performance, the change lands at the next update. If you spot something wrong, write to us: we'd rather fix it than be right.
Who's behind it
Two brothers from Bucharest. One has spent years working in the cultural world and knows by heart when the season opens; the other writes code. We built Stagiunea because we were tired of checking ten places to find out what's playing on a Saturday night.
The project has no investors, no advertising and no ambition to become a "platform". Its ambition is to be accurate and complete.
