A cultural NGO founded in 2017 and based in the home of writer Silvia Kerim at Strada Parfumului 19, a house more than 170 years old that she called "the Perfumery". HEARTH stages theatre, film, music and poetry there in an intimate space, gives space and mentoring to young artists starting out, and runs the Letters Festival.
